We make so many of our foods from
scratch, so we can easily let you know what ingredients
we use, but on the occasion when we use a prepared item,
such as Tamari, mayonnaise, tortilla chips, and a few
other items, we can always check the labels for you.
Just ask to speak with a Manager for specific details
regarding exact ingredients.

Chalapita, a crisp corn tortilla, topped with our
refries, guacamole, and sour cream
Huevos Rancheros, over organic corn tortilla chips
Tofu Scramble, and we can serve you organic brown rice
in place of bread

Chili, hold the bread, we will serve organic corn
tortilla chips
Enchiladas, made with corn tortillas
Stir Fry or Curry over organic brown rice, request No
bread
Seasonal Salad- please request organic corn chips in
place of bread, and please request no bread
Guacamole Salad, Avocado Plus, Hi-Protein Salad -
Please request NO bread, NO croutons, and ask for
organic corn tortilla chips
Smoothies, please specify; No Wheat Germ
NEW: brown rice tortilla wraps for our Burritos,
Quesadillas, and wrap sandwiches - Just ask.
Desserts: we now bake gluten free coconut macaroons and
gluten free cakes - not everyday, but often. Please feel
free to call us either the day before or the day of your
planned visit and we'll do everything possible to make
you happy with your meal - We love special requests!

prepare as well.
